approach
- Shooting days on site: several sessions between July and September 2026 with drone, action cam and camera — the asphalt going in, the model home, a concrete pour and a key handover.
- Formats that sell: a walkthrough of the model home, a construction-process piece narrated by the project's engineer, a spokesperson reel with five reasons to invest in Caleta, and an emotional delivery reel with the new owners.
- Editing for Instagram: vertical 9:16, on-screen subtitles, brand closing card, every reel under 1:40.
