approach
A collaboration with designer Marcos Domínguez, who manages paid media and strategy. Our contribution is the production of selected pieces and reels.
- Construction-progress reels: drone, unit walkthroughs, team on site.
- Design of pieces for commercial dates and brand messaging.
- Delivered material is folded into the editorial calendar Marcos coordinates.
The
results
The reels and pieces we produced earned strong organic reach without any direct paid media on our side. They generated real inquiries from people interested in visiting the units.
