The hotel needed a set of professional photos of the people behind its food & beverage experience — the chef, the F&B management team and the pool bartender — plus a selection of the chef's dishes, ready to use in menus, the hotel's channels and internal Marriott communications. One session, one afternoon, no interruption of the operation.
Our
approach
- Portraits in the real setting: the team was photographed at the AC Lounge bar, with the backlit shelves and the counter as the backdrop — the hotel's own architecture instead of a studio.
- Three moods per person: formal, relaxed and a fun frame for each portrait and group shot, so the hotel has options for every use.
- Food & beverage: the chef's beet linguine with burrata, ham croquettes, nachos and a crunchy roll photographed with natural light, and the bartender's signature blue cocktail shot outdoors, by the pool and at the bar cart.
- Delivery: full edit of the 41 selected photos, delivered to the hotel and published in an online gallery optimized for the web.
